Office templates for Business Sweden

The Swedish Government and the Swedish industry, have commissioned Business Sweden to help Swedish companies grow global sales, and international companies to invest and expand in Sweden.

It was important to Business Sweden to have a presentation solution that guided the users in the best way to create presentations according to the visual identity.

The template solution has features for creating different types of charts, such as bar charts, line charts, pie charts, area charts and combination charts. The charts can be inserted in Word documents, or in PowerPoint presentations by simply using copy paste.

Chart that has been created with the chart tool can be inserted in presentations or Word documents.

A report template in Word was also developed with features for controlling both content and layout. Longer documents can be divided in different parts by using dividers, but without using Words section feature that many users find quite difficult to use. In the same way the template also has a feature for inserting a last page with a specific end page layout.

PowerPoint presentations have lots of different flow charts and other design elements. The user can choose what to insert, by using a gallery that gives quick and easy access to many predesigned graphical elements.

Pre-designed slides can be inserted by using a menu in the Business Sweden presentation tool.
